Throughout the years and in all levels of the workplace in casual and more serious talks he noted that despite all possible education, skills and success, humans are in need of being understood and accepted, and to understand how the past shaped and wired them. To equip himself for the future a two year non diploma counselling course was done in 2010.
Rudie acknowledges that project management is absolutely necessary in managing and orchestrating complex and goal driven tasks in the corporate and private sectors. But he also appreciates the soft skills involved in managing diverse project teams. His keen sense of observation as well as his passion for human behaviors and interactions makes for a very interesting and informative training experience.
